Today I had a new client I have never had before (sometimes previous clients come back to me since I offer really “significant” insight according to them and they like me a lot). He used to teach at University of Hartford about forty years ago and he was also the golf coach there for five years after retiring from teaching and I was intrigued by that since I plan on going to University of Hartford and he gave me pretty good insight on the school. Anyways, he needed help with his LG phone he got recently. I must admit, he was pretty good at controlling the phone and knowing how to use it and when to use it. He wanted to know how to edit numbers of contacts and how to purchase an airplane ticket on his phone. By the end of the lesson, he was able to do that very well and fluently since I asked his to show me after I taught him and he did great! Every lesson I give, I always end up teaching my clients how to close out tabs in their phone and browser since none of them actually know that function.
